Klientom posielam v e-mailu orientačnú mapku pre príchod do penzionu.95% sa na to ani nepozrie a potom blúdi i keď sú z hlavnej cesty orientačné tabule.Cuzinci to berú na vedomie,len domácí na to neberú ohľad.

  • Složité parkování u penzionu,malý prostor.K dispozici měla být společenská místnost což nebyla.Tuto místnost jsme mohli využívat pouze při snídani.S bazénem to bylo stejné,nemohli jsme jej využívat.Nabídka neodpovídala skutečnosti.

Klimatizácia fungovala,ale manžel pani Eliášovej i napriek varovania aby ju neprenastavoval tak samozrejme neposlúchol a tým jeho zásahom prestala fungovať.
